DEMM Hospitality is an Ireland-based consultancy providing practical commercial and operational support to businesses in the hospitality, food-service and supplier sectors. The business is led by David Moloney, who has experience in hospitality operations, multi-site management, commercial improvement and supplier relationships. DEMM Hospitality is a trading name of DEMM Hospitality LTD, the legal entity through which all engagements are contracted.

Services include management consultancy on operational decisions, team structures and performance; commercial advisory on margins, cost base and supplier arrangements; hospitality operations support across single-site and multi-site operations; supplier introductions; and business development for new openings, growth initiatives and market entry. Work is undertaken on a project-by-project basis, with scope, deliverables, fees and payment terms agreed in writing before any engagement begins. Fees may be fixed, hourly, daily, retainer, commission or supplier-introduction based.
