Tir Na Nog Crossmolina Childcare Company Limited by Guarantee is a volunteer‑led, non‑profit organisation that delivers high‑quality, Tusla‑regulated after‑school care for families in the West of Ireland. Founded by parents for parents, the service provides a safe, nurturing environment where children can unwind, play and learn after the school day ends, giving parents peace of mind.

The programme currently operates in Crossmolina and is expanding to include a breakfast club and after‑school sessions at Cooneal National School and Ardagh National School from September 2025. In addition to daily care, Tir Na Nog offers a range of activities across its sites in Lahardane, Kilmurry, Killala and seasonal camps, all designed to support children’s social and educational development. Flexible arrangements are available for parents working shifts, ensuring a healthy balance between work and family life.

By fostering a supportive community for both children and their families, Tir Na Nog aims to be the cornerstone of after‑school provision in the region, championing a collaborative, caring approach that benefits the whole community.
