Empower Occupational Therapy Ltd

Empower Occupational Therapy Limited is a client‑centred practice based in Boyle, Co. Roscommon, founded and led by occupational therapist and dyslexia specialist Catriona Fahey. The service supports children, adolescents and neurodivergent adults who experience difficulties with self‑regulation, sensory processing, learning, handwriting, executive functioning and everyday participation.

Drawing on a strengths‑based, neuro‑affirming philosophy, Empower OT works collaboratively with families, caregivers, schools and educators to devise practical, evidence‑based strategies that promote independence, confidence and meaningful engagement across home, educational and work settings. The practice tailors its interventions to each individual’s unique needs, helping clients understand their nervous system, create supportive environments and build resilience.
