Therapy Haven Ltd

Therapy Haven Limited is a dedicated psychotherapy centre that supports children, teenagers and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and discover a sense of purpose and joy. Drawing on a range of evidence‑based approaches, the team of fully qualified and IACP‑accredited therapists works collaboratively with each client, tailoring sessions to individual needs and goals.

Specialising in both traditional talk therapy and creative modalities, Therapy Haven offers therapeutic play, art, sand therapy and storytelling for younger children, while adolescents and adults benefit from a compassionate, goal‑oriented process that may be delivered in‑person or via Zoom. The centre’s philosophy views every behaviour as a signal of an unmet need, turning “acting out”, withdrawal or self‑sabotage into opportunities for growth and lasting change.

Clients can expect a warm, non‑judgemental space where self‑exploration leads to greater awareness of the internal world, empowering them to choose thoughtful responses rather than reactive patterns. Whether seeking a brief introductory chat or a longer therapeutic journey, Therapy Haven is committed to travelling alongside each individual, every step of the way.
