Mind Emotional Nurturing is an Irish not‑for‑profit organisation dedicated to weaving emotional and mental well‑being into the fabric of education and community learning. Drawing on evidence‑based Social‑Emotional Learning (SEL) and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, the charity works with secondary schools and youth settings to help 15‑ to 18‑year‑olds build resilience, self‑awareness and independent thinking, so they can thrive both in the classroom and beyond.
The flagship GREAT SCREAM Programme delivers a structured SEL curriculum that equips educators with practical tools to spot early signs of distress and respond with confidence. In addition, Mind Emotional Nurturing offers facilitator training, empowering teachers and community workers to create empathetic, reflective environments that nurture the whole child – mind, heart and behaviour. By championing holistic education, the organisation aims to transform schools into spaces where emotional growth is valued as highly as academic achievement.
