Through its “Rising Together” training programmes, the organisation equips participants with practical workplace skills, confidence and the knowledge needed for meaningful, supported paid employment. By fostering ability, independence and self‑belief, the company ensures every individual feels truly included in today’s working world.

Beyond training, the Lilac Café and Micro‑bakery produces a range of freshly baked goods, from artisan breads to celebratory cupcakes. Its pop‑up café at Doon Social Farm and community events such as the inaugural Cupcake Day at the Limerick Milk Market showcase the talents of its participants while promoting inclusion and community spirit. The enterprise also welcomes donations, offering one‑off, monthly or yearly giving options to sustain its mission.
