Ballymore Masters CLG

Ballymore Masters Company Limited by Guarantee is a leading property‑development organisation that creates vibrant, sustainable communities across Ireland and the United Kingdom. From coastal homes in Bray to ambitious urban masterplans such as the Guinness Quarter – set to become Dublin’s first zero‑carbon district – Ballymore delivers a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed‑use and cultural projects that blend innovative design with long‑term environmental stewardship. The group’s specialisations include large‑scale regeneration schemes, exemplified by the Thames Road redevelopment in Newham, the Kensal Canalside neighbourhood in Ladbroke Grove, and the Edgware Town Centre transformation. Ballymore also champions the arts, sponsoring events like Dublin Gallery Weekend and supporting institutions such as the Royal Academy of Music on London City Island. Community‑focused initiatives feature prominently, with affordable‑housing programmes in Balbriggan and a dedicated community fund that awards grants to local projects.
