Specialising in Girl’s Artistic Gymnastics, the academy offers a full programme of floor exercise, choreography, balance‑beam, vault and uneven bars, using professional‑grade equipment and running classes throughout the year, including the summer months.
The academy provides three clearly defined pathways. The Recreational Level (ages 6‑12) introduces youngsters to the sport, helping them make new friends while enjoying the fun of cartwheels, pirouettes and tumbles. The Advanced Level (ages 6‑12) prepares gymnasts for higher‑level competition and eventual team selection, while the Team programme (ages 7‑17) enables talented athletes to perform at public events and represent the academy. Each tier is designed to enhance posture, strength, coordination, rhythm and flexibility, supporting a well‑rounded physical development.
