Sligo Family Resource Centre CLG

The Sligo Family Resource Centre is a community-focused organisation that forms part of the national Family Support Services Programme. Based in Sligo, the centre works to ensure that individuals, families and groups can access a wide range of supports that promote physical and mental wellbeing, an active lifestyle and lifelong learning.

Its services span community-based learning and development programmes, safe and stimulating environments for children's holistic growth, and targeted assistance that helps families achieve economic security and resilience in times of need. The centre also places a strong emphasis on empowering minority individuals and groups, fostering connections, respect and active contribution to the wider community.

Through collaborative funding from Tusla, the Health Service Executive, Pobal, Healthy Ireland, Sligo County Council and other public bodies, the Sligo Family Resource Centre delivers a comprehensive suite of resources designed to nurture potential, protect against harm and build a healthier, more inclusive society.
