Blennerville Community Playgroup CLG

Blennerville Community Playgroup Company Limited by Guarantee, trading as The Willow Tree Children’s Centre, is a dedicated early‑years provider offering a high‑quality playschool, after‑school club and full‑time daycare. Based in its new premises at Clogher Fáilí in Caherslee, the centre creates a warm, home‑from‑home atmosphere where each child is respected, valued and encouraged to develop confidence in their knowledge, opinions and abilities.

The Willow Tree’s play‑based curriculum is a broad, flexible programme that prioritises hands‑on activities, mental well‑being and a strong connection to nature. Children benefit from a nurturing environment that supports social, personal and educational development, underpinned by a comprehensive set of policies and a parent handbook that ensure safety and transparency.

A hardworking, highly qualified team of professionals places the welfare, mental and emotional health of every child at the heart of their work. While the centre retains its legal name to honour its roots in the Blennerville community, its ethos—drawn from Aesop’s fable of the oak and the willow—focuses on building resilience and emotional strength in the youngest members of the community.
