Kilkenny/Carlow Area Supported Employment Service

Kilkenny/Carlow Area Supported Employment Service (KCASES) is a government-funded organisation that helps people with disabilities and other barriers to work find, start and sustain meaningful employment. Drawing on funding from the Department of Social Protection, KCASES works with job-seekers, employees already in post and employers across the Kilkenny and Carlow region, offering tailored advice, recruitment support and ongoing job-coaching.

The service's core specialisations include matching candidates with suitable vacancies, providing employers with guidance on inclusive hiring practices, and delivering continuous support to ensure new staff integrate successfully and thrive in their roles. KCASES' job coaches assist both parties throughout the recruitment journey and beyond, helping to maintain job performance and workplace satisfaction.

Employers who have partnered with KCASES consistently praise the professionalism, expertise and lasting impact of the service, noting improved workplace quality and a positive contribution to their teams. For individuals seeking a supportive pathway into work, KCASES offers a trusted, community-focused route to sustainable employment.
