Key services include SeniorLine, a national confidential listening service that operates 365 days a year, offering older callers a safe space to share concerns and championing their needs with media, policymakers and service providers. Fáilte Isteach brings together older volunteers and newly arrived migrants for conversational English classes, fostering inclusion and recognising the expertise of senior volunteers. The award-winning AgeWell model blends peer-based social engagement with mobile technology, delivering home visits that promote wellbeing, early health-issue detection and seamless links to local health and community services.

Operating across Ireland, Third Age Foundation's programmes - from dancing and computer classes at local centres to community events such as Summerhill - invite new members to join a vibrant, inter-generational network that enriches both older adults and the society they help shape.
