Inistioge Community Council Company Limited By Guarantee is the volunteer-run body that looks after the wellbeing and promotion of the historic riverside village of Inistioge in South Kilkenny. The council curates up-to-date information for both visitors and residents, offering a central hub for local news, community projects and cultural events such as the inaugural Féile Samhain organised by Keep Her Lit. It also acts as a voice for the community on key infrastructure matters, liaising with bodies such as Uisce Éireann on water and wastewater upgrades and coordinating resident responses to proposed wind-farm developments.

Beyond advocacy, the council supports the village's thriving local economy by highlighting enterprises like The Otter, Woodstock Gardens Arboretum and The Mermaid Gallery, and by providing a platform for community-led initiatives and artistic endeavours, including the poetry collection "A Ramble by the Nore". Inistioge Community Council therefore serves as the connective tissue that preserves the village's unique character while championing sustainable development and vibrant community life.
