Animal Sanctuary Hubasha CLG

ASH Animal Rescue is a non-profit organisation based in Rathdangan, Co. Wicklow, dedicated to giving abandoned and vulnerable animals a safe haven. Since its founding in 1990, the charity has rescued thousands of dogs, cats and other creatures, offering shelter, veterinary care and the chance to find loving permanent homes.

The rescue operates under a strict no-kill policy: any animal that cannot be rehomed remains a lifelong member of the ASH family, receiving ongoing care and affection. In addition to day-to-day rescue work, ASH runs seasonal fundraising campaigns-such as the current autumn drive-to secure the resources needed for accommodation, medical treatment and adoption services.

Volunteers, donors and sponsors form the backbone of the organisation, enabling it to continue its mission despite financial pressures. Visits are welcomed by appointment, allowing supporters to meet the animals and see the impact of their contributions firsthand.
