Operating year-round, the La Verna Centre of Spirituality & Hospitality offers a tranquil setting for rest, reflection and spiritual renewal, whether visitors stay for a few hours, a day or an extended retreat.
The Trust runs a variety of open-access programmes designed to nurture family life, mindfulness and personal growth. Weekly events include family-life experiences, an interactive Inner-Child and Mindfulness session, individually guided meditations by appointment, and a regular Rosary group. In addition, the centre provides rooms for qualified therapists to hire at a reasonable hourly rate, supporting professional wellbeing services in the community.
