Muchgrange Farm is a family-run farm located in the heart of the Cooley Peninsula, north Louth. The business produces pasteurised, non-homogenised milk, farm-fresh eggs and cream, and handcrafts artisan gelato on the farm. The gelato is distinguished by its higher milk content and lower cream ratio compared to traditional ice cream, and is made with guidance from two Italian chefs. The company offers wholesale options for restaurants, cafes and other businesses, and also provides a gelato trailer for events such as corporate gatherings, private parties, communions, confirmations, weddings and festivals. Customers can buy flavoured milk and tubs of ice cream, and the farm has a network of stockists in the Dundalk area.
