Lannin Design Ltd

Lannin Design Ltd is a West Cork‑based architectural and planning consultancy that delivers high‑quality design solutions for new‑build homes and residential renovations. Drawing on a deep understanding of the local landscape and building traditions, the practice creates contemporary extensions, bespoke holiday homes and thoughtfully crafted dwellings on even the most challenging sites.

Their core services include full‑service architectural design, planning consultancy and project realisation, with a particular focus on blending modern aesthetics with the character of rural cottages and coastal properties. Recent projects such as a contemporary cottage extension, a holiday home remodel that maximises spectacular Atlantic views, and a three‑bedroom residence on a difficult plot showcase Lannin Design’s ability to tailor each design to the client’s lifestyle and the site’s unique opportunities.

By combining meticulous attention to detail with an approachable, client‑centred ethos, Lannin Design helps homeowners across West Cork turn their visions into functional, beautiful homes that respect both tradition and innovation.
