Killahora Orchards Limited is a family-run producer rooted in a historic Irish estate that dates back to 1750. Founded by cousins Barry Walsh and Dave Watson, the orchard combines a deep, encyclopaedic knowledge of rare apple and pear varieties with a flair for artisanal fermentation. Their mission is to grow the finest heritage fruit on Irish soil and, using minimal-intervention, wild fermentations, transform it into award-winning drinks crafted entirely on-site from 100 % fresh juice.

The range includes a Rare Apple Ice Wine, the crisp Pom'O, a delicate poiré and the bittersweet Johnny Fall Down Cider, each maturing for up to a year to develop layered flavour complexity. All products are handmade in their cellar, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and natural processes.
