Cork Chilli Company Ltd

Cork Chilli Company, based in Douglas, Cork, is a boutique producer of premium chilli sauces and related products. Drawing on a decade of experience growing over 30 varieties of fresh chillies hydroponically, the company transforms its own harvest into small‑batch, gluten‑free, vegan‑friendly sauces that contain no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or thickeners. Each sauce is handcrafted in an HSE‑approved kitchen, using only whole ingredients – fresh garlic, ginger, citrus, pineapples, tomatoes and herbs – never concentrates or pastes.

The range spans a wide spectrum of heat and flavour, from the tropical‑kissed “Totally Tropical” sauce to the award‑winning “Blazing Cayenne” and “Habanero Inferno – Extra Hot”. In addition to sauces, Cork Chilli Company supplies chilli plants and runs an annual chilli‑eating competition in support of St Vincent de Paul, reinforcing its commitment to the local community. Whether for home cooks, food‑service professionals or hot‑sauce enthusiasts, the company offers authentic, high‑quality chilli products that celebrate the vibrant taste of home‑grown Irish produce.
