Operating as a company limited by guarantee, the organisation creates a confidential, non‑judgemental space where members can connect, share lived experiences and discover recovery pathways that suit their individual needs.

The service is built around peer support and choice, offering a suite of digital resources such as a members‑only area, news updates, FAQs and a platform for feedback and ideas. Research from the community shows that participants experience a 97.5 % increase in knowledge, a 94.5 % boost in belief that recovery is possible, and a 86.4 % reduction in episodes of relapse or self‑harm, underscoring the impact of its accessible, socially‑focused approach.
