Irish Grain Growers Group CLG

The Irish Grain Growers Group is a newly formed representative body for arable and tillage farmers in Ireland, particularly those in the Midlands, South East and South of the country. The group exists to help tillage farmers grow their profits, with a vision to support, inspire and motivate its members into a secure future. Its aim is to focus on and promote the positive aspects of tillage farming and to improve the industry by encouraging constructive communication among growers, consumers, manufacturers and policy makers. The group provides effective representation for tillage farmers, advocating on their behalf in areas such as government policy and support payments. It offers membership and organises webinars and meetings, and it actively engages with the media and policymakers on issues affecting the sector, including crop aid payments, weather-related challenges and the need for a tillage taskforce.
