Founded in late 2017, RELM Loan Services Limited was created as an alternative to traditional institutional banking, offering fast, competitive term loans for the Irish real‑estate market. With a flat organisational structure and a dedicated lending director assigned to each client from inception to fulfilment, the firm has deployed more than €1.45 billion in loans across residential and commercial investment assets, drawing on a collective 90 + years of commercial real‑estate lending experience.

RELM specialises in a suite of financing solutions, including property acquisitions, refinancing, debt settlements and equity release. Loans can cover up to 100 % of the financing requirement, subject to a maximum 75 % loan‑to‑value, and are available from €1 million for both residential and commercial projects throughout Ireland. The company’s strong partnerships with third‑party professionals ensure each transaction is appropriately supported.
