Community Crisis Response Team CLG

Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT) is an Irish non-profit organisation dedicated to building suicide-safer communities. Working at the heart of suicide prevention, intervention and postvention, CCRT partners with schools, youth groups, workplaces, frontline services and families to embed awareness, resilience and compassionate response into everyday life across the island.

The team's three-pronged model delivers proactive prevention programmes that raise suicide awareness before a crisis occurs, hands-on intervention support for individuals in suicidal distress, and evidence-based postvention services that help families, friends and communities heal after a loss. By equipping local services and volunteers with practical tools and training, CCRT enables a confident, community-first approach to mental-health emergencies.
