Belmont Demesne Limited is an outdoor‑adventure hub set in the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East, just 30 minutes from Dublin city centre and 15 minutes from the M50 in County Wicklow. The demesne offers a network of 15 km of free mountain‑bike trails that wind through woodland, along the foothills of Little Sugar Loaf and out to spectacular coastal vistas, as well as clearly marked walking routes for all abilities.

Visitors can bring their own bike or hire one from the on‑site Fatbike Adventures team, which also provides guided tours, electric “fat” bikes, summer mountain‑bike camps, a pump track and full‑service bike sales and repairs – arguably the best mechanic in the country. After a ride or a walk, guests can relax in the Barn at Belmont’s Kitchen 28 Café, serving locally roasted coffee, pastries and a cosy wood‑burning stove, or sample award‑winning brews from the OBrother taproom. Belmont Demesne caters to families, friends, corporate groups and anyone keen to get fit, have fun and enjoy Wicklow’s stunning scenery.
