Their core offerings include monthly Mamas Circles, intimate gatherings that combine meditation, breath work and supportive conversation; full‑day retreats featuring yoga, nature walks and a cacao ceremony; and a four‑week online course, *Managing Emotions for You and Your Little One*, which equips parents with tools to regulate their nervous system. Additional programmes comprise upcoming pregnancy‑yoga classes, one‑to‑one sessions tailored to individual needs, and a range of self‑care bundles.
