Wellbeing Training Ltd

Wellbeing Training is a Wicklow‑based consultancy that equips organisations with research‑driven, experiential learning programmes designed to turn knowledge into lasting action. Drawing on the latest cognitive science, adult‑learning theory and behavioural research, the company delivers interactive sessions that move beyond passive lecturing to hands‑on activities, discussion and reflection, ensuring participants walk away with practical tools they can apply straight away.

Their core offering includes three evidence‑based services. Leadership Development equips managers with strategies that inspire and sustain high‑performing teams. The METTLE Emotional Resilience Gym provides a structured “mental gym” where individuals build emotional strength, learning to respond rather than react to life’s pressures. Workplace Wellbeing creates a holistic culture of health and productivity through tailored workshops and ongoing coaching. All programmes are fully customisable, ranging from half‑day workshops to extended coaching engagements, and are suitable for public, community and private sector organisations.

By focusing on real‑world impact—mindset shifts, behavioural change and stronger team dynamics—Wellbeing Training helps businesses foster healthier, more resilient workforces.
