Designroom Construction Ltd

Designroom Construction Limited is a full‑service building firm that delivers elegant, well‑designed new builds and complete renovations. Led by Lee, the company’s female owner and sole point of contact, the business combines a fixed office base with a full‑time crew, a dedicated quantity surveyor and an on‑site project manager to ensure every project is overseen from concept to completion.

Their core services cover every stage of construction: site clearance and demolition, groundwork, block work and foundations (all inspected by an engineer), timber framing and roof installation. Designroom also handles planning and permission, providing detailed estimates, mood boards and 3D models so clients can visualise the final result before work begins. Throughout the build, Lee supplies weekly WhatsApp updates and reports, guaranteeing clear communication and a single, reliable contact for any queries.

In addition to residential projects, Designroom maintains a specialised team for commercial work, including hotel maintenance, and offers bespoke design elements such as large sliding doors, Velux roof windows and custom electrical fittings. All work is fully certified, delivered on agreed timeframes, and focused on creating beautiful, functional spaces for homeowners and commercial clients alike.
