The Muscle Mill is a dynamic fitness centre that began in a modest 25 m² studio and has grown into a 500 m² hub offering a diverse programme of group classes and personalised training. Catering to individuals who want real, measurable results, the mill delivers a limited‑capacity class schedule – currently 15 sessions a week – to ensure each participant receives focused attention and a safe training environment.

With a team of four qualified trainers, The Muscle Mill provides both small‑group classes and one‑to‑one personal training, the latter in high demand and therefore booked well in advance. Looking ahead, the centre plans to broaden its offering with additional classes, weekly member challenges and online training programmes, all designed to keep members motivated and progressing.
