Jobfairy Ltd

JobFairy Limited is a Dublin‑based recruitment platform that puts a touch of magic into the job‑search process. By allowing candidates to create a single, 30‑second video profile, the service showcases personality and skills far beyond what a traditional CV can convey. Once the profile is live, local employers browse the talent pool and pay to unlock full access, ensuring that only serious, budget‑ready businesses reach out. This model eliminates endless applications and lets job seekers engage in direct, meaningful conversations with hiring managers.

Key features include a completely free, forever‑available profile, a rapid 30‑second setup, and a referral programme that rewards users €2‑5 for each friend who secures a role. JobFairy’s partner network spans a variety of sectors—from hospitality and retail to remote administrative roles—providing a diverse range of opportunities for candidates across Ireland. By turning the job hunt into an effortless, income‑generating experience, JobFairy serves both ambitious job seekers and responsive local businesses looking for genuine talent.
