Ebb & Flow Ltd

Ebb & Flow Limited is a small artisan food‑producer based in Dun Laoghaire, dedicated to reviving Ireland’s forgotten superfood – wild seaweed. Drawing on the rich marine heritage of the Irish coast, the company crafts a range of tasty, ready‑to‑eat seaweed products that bring the briny flavours of the Atlantic straight to the modern kitchen.

Their core offering centres on premium seaweed pestos – both classic green and vibrant red – and convenient gift bundles that pair the pestos with crisp crackers or handcrafted wooden salt pots filled with wild Irish seaweed sea‑salt. Additional favourites include a Wild Irish Seasoning Duo and a sliding‑lid wooden salt pot with spoon, all priced competitively for everyday enjoyment. Each item is presented as a ready‑made, health‑forward alternative for consumers seeking nutritious, sustainably sourced ingredients.

Ebb & Flow’s mission is simple yet ambitious: to introduce people to the delicious potential of Irish seaweed, turning a once‑overlooked ingredient into a staple of contemporary, flavour‑forward cooking. Their handcrafted range is perfect for food lovers, gift‑givers and anyone keen to explore the taste of Ireland’s coastal bounty.
