Cold Plunge Ltd

Plunge Recovery operates as a contrast therapy centre located in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin. The business is affiliated with Underground Fitness and provides a facility for sauna and ice bath experiences. It serves athletes seeking peak performance as well as individuals looking for physical and mental recovery. The company describes its space as a sanctuary that combines Finnish sauna tradition with modern cold-water therapy.

The centre offers premium Finnish-style saunas with temperatures reaching up to ninety degrees Celsius. It also provides cold water immersion options, including tubs, barrel baths, and plunge pools, maintained at temperatures between two and five degrees Celsius. Services include guided contrast therapy sessions, which alternate heat and cold to boost circulation and support recovery. Additionally, the company hosts Wim Hof breathwork workshops to help clients prepare their bodies and minds for cold plunges.

Sessions typically last between forty-five and sixty minutes and include both sauna and ice bath cycles. The business recommends advance online booking to secure preferred times, particularly during evenings and weekends. Clients are advised to bring a towel, swimwear, and a water bottle. The facility aims to help users reduce inflammation, sharpen their minds, and feel stronger and clearer through its structured recovery protocols.
