Contrast Wellness Ltd

Contrast Wellness Limited is a health‑focused sanctuary that delivers the restorative benefits of contrast therapy through expertly‑run sauna and cold‑plunge experiences. Based in Athlone, Westmeath, the company operates two outdoor sauna sites – a modern facility behind the iconic House Fitness gym in Athlone and a tranquil riverside venue at Shannonbridge – each equipped with large saunas, an eight‑person plunge pool, plunge barrels and rain‑shower stations.

The core offering centres on guided sauna sessions, with flexible membership options ranging from a basic plan of four sessions per month to an unlimited premium tier. In addition to individual use, Contrast Wellness provides bespoke corporate and team‑wellness packages, setting up dual sauna and cold‑plunge rigs on sports grounds, at yoga studios, or within workplace settings to enhance performance, recovery and employee wellbeing. Their “Game Ready” and “Corporate Wellness” programmes are designed to keep athletes and staff refreshed, focused and ready for peak performance.

By blending heat, cold and mindful practice, Contrast Wellness creates a welcoming environment where clients can unwind, reduce anxiety and reconnect with the present moment, fostering lasting health and balance.
