Founded in 1990 by Tomas Murphy on his dairy farm in County Wexford, the company still uses the farm’s own raw milk as the cornerstone of its full range of dairy and baked treats, from luxury ice‑cream and sorbets to cream‑cheese‑based cheesecakes, cakes, gateaux and pastries.
