The Oaklee Partnership Limited is an Approved Housing Body founded in 2001 with a clear mission: to change lives by delivering secure, stable homes that enable people to live, thrive and prosper. Operating across the Republic of Ireland, Oaklee works in close partnership with local authorities, the Housing Agency, CALF, HFA and private developers to design, build and manage a wide range of social and affordable housing, from family‑size semi‑detached homes to specialist schemes for older people.

Oaklee’s portfolio includes notable projects such as The Sidings in Adamstown, Cloverhill Lodge in Dublin, Ashfield Clonminch in Offaly and the innovative Project Acorn – the first private‑finance special‑purpose vehicle created by an AHB, which has refurbished and acquired over 200 units.
