The Confidence Clinic & Club Limited is a specialist child and teen life‑coaching practice dedicated to helping young people live happier, more confident lives. Founded by former HR professional Caoimhe, the clinic offers one‑to‑one coaching sessions that focus on building self‑belief, resilience and positive habits, while also working closely with parents to create lasting change at home.
