Plastico Limited is an Irish company working towards a more sustainable future by turning pre-cleaned, sorted plastic waste into high-quality plastic sheets. The company is at the beginning of its journey, developing a system that reduces waste and promotes circularity, and is currently setting up production and refining processes as it works towards full-scale manufacturing. The company’s sheets are made from 100% recycled plastic sourced from trusted recycling partners across Ireland. The process involves collecting clean, pre-sorted plastic, selecting batches for quality, and compressing recycled plastic flakes into solid sheets using heat and pressure. Each sheet is trimmed, inspected and finished to achieve a clean, durable surface. The sheets are available in dimensions of 1220 × 1220 mm, with thicknesses of 6 mm, 8 mm, 12 mm, 18 mm and 20 mm, and feature a matt textured surface with unique recycled patterns. They are designed for furniture, interiors, retail displays, hospitality and architectural projects, and are manufactured in Ireland. The company also supports community engagement and the global movement towards sustainability.
