ZenFoal Limited is a tranquil retreat situated beside the picturesque Blessington Lakes in County Wicklow, offering equine‑facilitated learning (EFL) for adults and young people aged 16 and over. Founded and led by Fiona, a certified EFL practitioner with personal experience of chronic illness and anxiety, the centre creates a calm, grounded environment where participants can reconnect, reflect and be heard through the gentle presence of horses—no prior riding or equine experience is required.

The core service is a series of EFL sessions designed to nurture emotional resilience, mental wellbeing, self‑awareness and personal growth.
