Set on 200 acres of tranquil woodland beside the picturesque Sheephaven Bay, the centre offers a peaceful sanctuary for individuals and groups seeking respite from the demands of modern life.

The Friary specialises in a range of spiritually‑focused programmes, including preached and directed retreats, private meditation sessions, seminars, and periods of rest, relaxation, reflection and prayer. Its accommodation facilities are designed to support both short‑term visitors and longer‑stay groups, providing a nurturing environment for personal renewal and communal worship.

Located in the scenic environs of Creeslough, near Letterkenny in County Donegal, Ards Friary welcomes anyone who wishes to deepen their connection with creation and the divine, while also inviting supporters to contribute donations that sustain its vital work.
