Olden Is Golden Africa Company Limited by Guarantee is a charitable organisation dedicated to improving the lives of older people across Africa and beyond. Their core mission is to make the elderly visible, valued and supported by creating inclusive communities where seniors can enjoy full social, economic, cultural and political participation.

The charity delivers a wide range of services, from free medical check‑ups and IT or fitness classes to vibrant social programmes such as knowledge clubs, disco nights and community trips. A flagship initiative is the development of a network of Community HUBs – the first of which is being raised for Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, with a long‑term goal of five hubs across mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. These hubs will serve as centres for education, recreation and health support, empowering both elders and the wider community.

Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Olden Is Golden operates on the ground in Tanzania, partnering with local groups and encouraging supporters worldwide to join fundraising challenges, events and creative collaborations that help achieve their €250,000 target for the inaugural hub.
