Dublin Homeless Awareness CLG

Dublin Homeless Awareness is a youth‑led charitable organisation founded in 2018 with a clear mission: to rally young volunteers, aged 18‑36, in the fight against homelessness across Dublin. By offering a structured platform for community‑driven action, the group empowers its members to become frontline advocates, raising awareness, providing practical support and amplifying the voices of those experiencing housing insecurity.

The organisation coordinates a range of activities, from regular street‑patrols that deliver immediate assistance to people sleeping rough, to public events and media campaigns that spotlight the issue. Volunteers can sign up through the “Volunteer Now!” portal and take part in hands‑on projects, educational workshops and advocacy work.
