Tory Hill Farm Ltd

Tory Hill Farm Limited is a family‑run enterprise nestled in the rolling countryside of Limerick. Guided by three generations of women – Catherine, Kate and Hannah – the farm produces a range of 100 % organic, single‑source dairy and meat products, all harvested directly on‑site and delivered straight to the consumer.

Their core offering includes raw, un‑homogenised and un‑pasteurised milk that retains its natural cream layer, alongside hand‑crafted ice‑cream, yoghurt, kefir, grass‑fed beef, and free‑range hen and duck eggs. Every item is produced without feed additives, chemicals, GM feed or soy sourced from rainforest regions, reflecting the farm’s strict commitment to organic certification, animal welfare and biodiversity.

Tory Hill Farm’s ethos centres on sustainable, nature‑friendly farming; cows are milked once a day in a gentle system, and the herd is managed under the highest hygiene standards. By keeping production wholly in‑house, the farm ensures the highest quality for customers who value authentic, environmentally responsible food.
