Specialising in strength and conditioning for everyone—from elite athletes to beginners seeking everyday fitness—the facility blends a supportive, non‑elitist atmosphere with evidence‑based programming. Members benefit from a wide range of methodologies, including barbell work, Olympic lifting, kettlebell circuits, body‑weight movements, gymnastics and functional conditioning, all delivered by certified coaches who are also medically aware and able to tailor programmes to individual health needs.

SDSC’s core offering comprises unlimited class access, personalised movement screening, monthly InBody scans and performance tracking, as well as bespoke nutrition advice and individual diet plans. Subscribers receive a True Coach app for remote workouts, regular Zoom check‑ins and ongoing online support, ensuring progress continues beyond the gym walls.
