Russell Orthopaedics is a new, family-run orthopaedic practice in Cork, established by an Irish-trained surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery. The practice focuses on hip and knee replacement, including complex and revision cases, and limb reconstruction surgery. Services include non-operative measures such as injections, minimally invasive and personalised or patient-specific knee replacements, enhanced recovery pathways, knee arthroscopy and meniscal repair, orthopaedic trauma surgery, deformity correction, and complex limb reconstruction. The surgeon completed fellowships in Ireland, Canada, and the UK, and holds a Masters in Surgery, a Diploma in Healthcare Management, and a H.Dip in Clinical Education. The practice treats patients at Bon Secours Hospital Cork, Cork University Hospital Major Trauma Centre, and South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital, and serves both patients and GPs.
