Partridges Bistro Ltd

Partridges Bistro is a beloved independent eatery on Gorey Main Street, proudly serving the community since 2007. Owned and run by chefs Liam Conroy and Patrick Stedman, the bistro combines a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a clear philosophy - quality over quantity - and a strong commitment to sourcing locally.

The menu spans a freshly cooked breakfast selection, including the traditional Full Irish, Eggs Benedict and Brioche French Toast, as well as a diverse lunch offering such as Tempura-battered hake, Southern Fried Chicken Caesar burgers, Grilled Goat Cheese salad with pomegranate and balsamic, and a house-made Coronation Chicken with toasted almonds and grapes. All bread and cakes are prepared in-house, perfect alongside Blue Butterfly coffee or Skuki loose tea.

Beyond the kitchen, Partridges runs a small shop stocked with artisan products - homemade chicken-liver pâté, carrot cake, lemon drizzle, Bakewell and apple tarts - all crafted from ingredients supplied by award-winning local producers like O'Neils Dry-Cured Bacon. With seating for 64 inside and an additional 30 outdoors in summer, the bistro provides a comfortable setting for locals and visitors alike to enjoy hearty, locally-sourced fare.
