Total Familes Support Company Limited By Guarantee - known as Familes-is a Limerick-based charitable organisation that offers free, confidential counselling and practical advice to men navigating mental-health challenges, relationship breakdowns, anger management, domestic and family violence, and suicidal thoughts. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Familes provides both telephone and online one-to-one sessions with qualified counsellors, social workers, mental-health nurses and psychologists, all without the need for a referral.

In addition to direct counselling, the service supplies legal information, safety planning, and referrals to other accredited professionals, helping callers understand their rights and access further support. While its primary focus is on men, Familes also assists other family members and collaborates with a network of recognised state and private experts to deliver a holistic response to separation, divorce, grief, loneliness and related wellbeing issues.

Through its helpline, email support and group-based peer networks, Familes aims to reduce stigma, empower individuals to manage their emotions and ensure that no one has to face life's toughest moments alone.
