Gallivanting Entertainment & Media Ltd

Gallivanting Entertainment & Media Limited is a specialist provider of immersive nature‑based experiences that blend foraging, folklore and traditional Irish wisdom. Led by Lorraine O’Dwyer – an eighth‑generation *bean feasa* (wise woman) and practising folklorist – the company offers guided walks through sacred woodlands where participants taste wild foods, learn the healing properties of herbs and hear ancient druidic tales.

Their portfolio includes mystical foraging tours, intimate workshops on hedge medicine, Celtic Pagan practices and historic home‑craft skills, as well as bespoke storytelling sessions that bring Irish myth to life for private events. Each experience is designed to reconnect people with the natural world and the cultural roots of Ireland, offering a rare blend of education, enchantment and calm in today’s hurried society.

Gallivanting’s unique approach has attracted praise from the Irish Times and delighted visitors who describe the walks as “a brilliant guide around Glendalough” and “a mind‑blowing journey through the secrets of trees and herbs.” The company welcomes anyone eager to explore Ireland’s woodland wonder, from curious city‑dwellers to seasoned nature lovers.
