National Reptile Zoo CLG

National Reptile Zoo Company Limited by Guarantee is an interactive wildlife attraction dedicated to the conservation, education and exploration of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Based in Kilkenny's Hebron Business Park, the zoo welcomes visitors seven days a week from 10 am to 6 pm, offering a flexible experience that can be enjoyed in an hour or stretched over a full day.

The zoo's core offering centres on spacious, naturalistic enclosures and a programme of hourly talks where knowledgeable staff invite guests to touch, hold and learn about a diverse range of species-from colourful snakes and chameleons to scorpions, spiders and even an American alligator. Complementary facilities include the Explorer's Mess café, a gift shop stocked with quirky reptile-themed products, and an online store for those who prefer to shop from home. Regular themed events - such as the January "Camouflage" focus, STEAM-style "Metamorphosis" workshops and seasonal celebrations - enhance the educational value for families, school groups and science enthusiasts alike.

Membership options provide unlimited access, discounts on admission, shop and café purchases, and priority entry to special experiences, making the National Reptile Zoo a vibrant hub for anyone with a curiosity for the hidden world of cold-blooded creatures.
