Sliabh Beagh Adventures is an outdoor adventure and wellness company based in the Sliabh Beagh uplands, an area of heath and blanket bog straddling counties Fermanagh, Monaghan and Tyrone. The company facilitates a range of outdoor activities designed to help visitors destress and unwind, including bike hire, cycling, battle archery, target archery, human foosball, orienteering, trail running and walking. All activities are suitable for both children and adults.

The company also offers guided walking and cycling tours and plans to help establish official cycling routes on Sliabh Beagh. It promotes local walking trails of varying difficulty, including the 6.5k Rock Walk, the 10k Tra Walk and the 46k Sliabh Beagh Way, and organises guided hikes, such as scenic hikes and summit walks. The area is noted for its rare bird species and peatland flora and holds special protection status in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
