Mixed Ability Sports Ireland CLG

Mixed Ability Sports Ireland (IMAS) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reshaping how sport is experienced, ensuring that people of all abilities can play, learn and thrive together. By championing the Mixed Ability model, IMAS works with grassroots clubs, coaches and individual players to embed inclusive practices, grow participation and foster stronger community ties.

The charity offers a suite of services designed for each stakeholder: clubs receive guidance, accreditation and bespoke workshops to become Mixed Ability-accredited; coaches can access specialised certification and online learning modules; players and prospective participants are helped to find local Mixed Ability activities and understand how to get involved. In addition, IMAS provides partnership opportunities for businesses and healthcare practitioners, an online shop stocked with ethically-produced apparel and accessories, and a vibrant "Our Stories" platform that showcases the transformative impact of inclusive sport.

Through its international reach and growing network of manifesto signatories, Mixed Ability Sports Ireland is driving a fairer, more equal society by changing the way we think, join in and enjoy sport.
