Knocknashee Community Hub Company Limited By Guarantee is a community-owned initiative situated beneath the Hill of the Fairies in Lavagh. The Hub provides a welcoming meeting space, a cosy café and a versatile venue for events, creating a focal point where residents of all ages can gather, share ideas and celebrate local culture.
The Hub's flagship offering is the Three Hills Café, run entirely by local volunteers and open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. Visitors can enjoy a selection of freshly baked cakes and treats while taking in the stunning scenery and nearby walking trails. In addition, the Hub is developing a social bar lounge to revive a cherished community space for future generations.
Surrounded by historic sites such as Knocknashee Hill, Court Abbey, Achonry Cathedral and Chaffpool House, the Hub also serves as a gateway for exploring the area's rich archaeological heritage, making it a vibrant centre for both locals and visitors alike.
